Unconscious Coding

Neuroscience is the cutting edge in scientific research about the brain and how it works. One of the fascinating discoveries of neuroscience is the existence of coding within the brain. The code, embedded deep in our brain, lights up when we process the outside world through our sensory filtering system. This coding system generalizes, distorts and deletes information from the outside world in order for that information to fit the code. You can see that this coding system significantly determines our internal representation of the world and external events. That means that the map is NOT the territory. The implications of this are vast! It informs us about many things including the constant process of re-creating "reality"; the role of consciousness in the human experience of "the world, out there"; the determining factor of our filtering system; and how the "territory" is defined and altered by our internal ever-looping feedback system.

When you start observing the coding of your filtering system, you begin using your mind for transformational work. That's when you begin to understand that the potential of human consciousness is the new frontier. Consider this: We have the ability to filter the world through codes embedded in our cellular memory; codes that we begin learning while in the womb! The big question for now is, what happens when you consciously work to transform your coding system? Could that have a positive effect on your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems? If so, how would you rather be feeling that is different from how you've been feeling about those issues? Think of that...using hypnosis for positive change, it's the No. 1 strategy to a better you! Next time: Unconscious Coding 2.
