There's a lot of things you can do with hypnosis, but one of the
coolest things is experiencing its effectiveness first hand. There's
techniques I use when under hypnosis that make it easier and
faster for you to learn and remember. Actually, when I use hypnosis
for speed learning and memory retention, we open the field so you
go into a receptive state when studying where the brain takes shortcuts
to learning something as fast as possible. Later, at the time of
examination, you retrieve that state and can access the information
directly, which in hypnosis is called the "resource state".
Consider how much more efficient studying for your exam can be
when
you're in harmony with your subconscious mind and you ask
your
subconscious mind to retrieve the information you've studied
when you're at the exam.
You can do this asking every time you sit down to study, before you
start and at the end of your study time every day. You can even ask your
subconscious mind to review the information during your sleep, so you
can understand and process the material even better.
It's always good to address the subconscious mind with kindness and
gratitude because it understands like a child would and responds much
better when addressed in a pleasant tone, whether you're thinking it or
speaking it.
Stay tuned!
